I have a question about making a flight plan in DSA planner.
How to make a flight plan? alternatively, how to register your desire to fly if so
the person does not have a Belgian ID or “Its me”
she just came to Belgium for holiday.
What to do in this situation ?
What about tourists in Belgium who want to fly and take a few photos?

Everybody can register a DSA planner-account. Just go to https://www.fdr1.be/startportaal ,
click on the button “Drone Service App”,
and click on the DSA-login page on button “create account”.
Apart from that, tourists can fly outside NFZ’s (providing drone pilot registration in country of origin)
